leadership coaching

  • A confidential and structured environment to:
    • Reflect, explore and formulate your improvement goals
    • Challenge and shift your thinking
    • Realise sustainable positive behavioural change
    • Shift then cascades through your company and helps increase overall performance
  • Coaching approach, tools and rhythm fully tailored to help you realise your coaching objectives most effectively.
  • Typical assignment lasts 4-12 months and each coaching plan is customised to you and your company’s objectives.

Coaching programs for  high potential leaders 

  • Tailored coaching-based leadership development programs for cohorts of next-level leaders, in partnership with senior executives and HR leaders.
  • Usually the first experience of coaching for participants and a powerful development and motivation tool to raise broad leadership capability and opportunities for specific groups, e.g new people leaders, graduates, underrepresented groups.
  • Results in performance and motivation lifts that cascade to peers and teams.
  • Typical assignment lasts 6 months, is fully customised to your company’s objectives and can include a mix of team training and one-to-one coaching.

 Team coaching  for high  performance

  • Create the conditions for sustainable team success, through a deep understanding of your team’s dynamics, processes and systems.
  • This could include how your team manages its goals and external forces, team development over project phases, how emotions support or derail performance, managing relationships and conflict.
  • Teams gain better organisational alignment, motivation and innovation, leading to higher performance. I leverage coaching, management consulting and group facilitation experience to help shape teams to operate at their full potential.
  • Typical assignment includes a mix of team and one-on-one interventions.
